The period

Every part we replace and the work we do on it carries 6 months warranty, counted from the day the repair is finished. You get it in writing, with the device and the part on it.

What it covers

If the part we fitted fails within the period, or the repair turns out not to have been done properly, we put it right at no cost. Coming out to you is free in that case too, wherever you live inside our service area.

What the warranty does not cover

New damage from drops, knocks or moisture. Damage from a repair somebody else carried out after our visit. And parts we did not replace — those were already there and we did nothing to them.

How to claim

Call or message us straight away. Nothing to post, no form to fill in. Keep your warranty record to hand; it has everything on it that we need. We answer during opening hours and usually resolve it the same week.

Alongside your statutory rights

This warranty comes on top of what the law already gives you as a consumer. You can always rely on your statutory rights; this warranty does not limit them.
