01 — How it works
Arrival window · 30 minutes
You get a 30-minute window, not half a day. On the way we let you know roughly when we will arrive.
Repair time · Usually 15 to 30 minutes on the spot
He checks whether the problem is what you thought. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear that and the new price before anything happens.
You do not have to hand your device over: with an on-location repair it does not leave with us. Parts are in the van, so it usually takes one visit.
We test the device with you and you get your warranty record. Pay after the repair.
