01How it works
How a visit goes
- Step 1
We ring the bell inside your window
You get a two-hour window, not half a day. On the way we let you know roughly when we will arrive.
- Step 2
The technician looks at it with you first
He checks whether the problem is what you thought. If something else turns out to be needed, you hear that and the new price before anything happens.
- Step 3
The repair happens with you there
You do not have to hand your device over and it does not leave with us. Parts are in the van, so it usually takes one visit.
- Step 4
We test it together, then you pay
We test the device with you and you get your warranty record. Pay after the repair.
02How long
Arrival and repair are two different things
Arrival window
The window in which we ring the bell. It is wider than the repair itself because it includes driving, parking and the visit before yours.
Repair time
How long the work on your device takes once we are there. We never promise a time we cannot keep.

Call-out fee
What the journey costs, worked out over the driving distance from where we set off. The amount is in your total before you confirm — never only on the confirmation.
