Cookie statement

What we place on your device, why, and how you control it.

Still under review

This text was drawn up from the arrangements we actually make, and is still being checked by the owner and his accountant. What it says matches how we work; the final wording may still change.

01What we place on your device

Four small files, all of them needed to make the site work. “nona_draft” remembers how far you are through a repair request and “nona_cart” remembers your basket — both for thirty days; without those two you would start again at every step. “nona_booking” holds the link to your own request for an hour after you send it. And once you have chosen below, “nona_consent” remembers what you chose for a hundred and eighty days, so we do not ask again every visit. No consent is needed for these four, and you are not tracked by them.

02Measuring how the site is used

If you say yes, we load Google Analytics. It records which pages you look at, where you drop out of a request, whether you click to call or to WhatsApp, and roughly which device and region you have — never your name, your address or your phone number. Google processes that data for us. If you say no, or have not chosen yet, nothing is loaded at all: not one request goes to Google and no analytics cookie reaches your device.

03The check when you submit

On the last step of a request and on the business form, a Cloudflare check runs that keeps automated submissions out. It is there to keep the van’s calendar free for real people, measures nothing about your visit, and places nothing on our own site. It runs even if you say no above — otherwise refusing would mean leaving the form unprotected, and that is not a choice we want to put to you.

04Your choice

Accept and refuse sit side by side, the same size, and both cost one click. You do not have to open anything to say no. If you want to change your mind later, there is a button that clears your choice and asks again: at the foot of every page, and at the top while you are part-way through a repair request. If you say no, the site simply works: ordering, booking and following your repair are all possible without allowing anything.

05Clearing them yourself

You can also view and delete cookies in your browser. Where that lives differs by browser; look in the settings for „cookies” or „site data”. If you delete them, the site forgets where you were.
