On-site repair
We come to your home or workplace: Monday to Friday, 08:00–20:00, by appointment.
Free call-out across all of Amsterdam.
- Most repairs are done within 30 minutes, often in 15.
- You stay with your device and it never leaves you.
In-store repair
Drop in at Beverwijk Bazaar: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00–18:00.
Also for work that cannot be done in the van.
- No appointment needed, and you can usually wait.
- Also for diagnosis that takes time.

Look up your model and tell us what is wrong. Not sure what caused it? Choose what you see or notice.
- Step 2
See the amount and the call-out fee
Enter your address. You see straight away whether we can come to you, what the repair costs and what that amount covers.
- Step 3
Choose when we come
You pick a time window, not half a day. Your request gets confirmation within 30 minutes during opening hours.
- Step 4
We come to you and repair it
The technician shows you what he is doing and tests the device with you afterwards. Pay after the repair.

Prices include VAT and depend on your model. Several repairs can share one appointment.
